A Chihuahua named Manchas died when she jumped in between the canine invaders and the 4 year old son of her master.

A pit bull grabbed Manchas with its jaws and carried her away.

Jejomar Binay : The Vice President

Jejomar "Jojo" Cabauatan Binay is the newly elected Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines.  He was born on November 11, 1941.  Married to a Doctor.

During the election period, he always land the 3rd spots in the survey and indeed considered as the Dark Horse in the recently concluded election.  Winning  by a margin of more than 800,000 votes as against Mar Roxas.

The 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines

Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III is the 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines.

He was born on February 8, 1960 and the only son of Senator Ninoy Aquino and President Cory Aquino.

He was a 3 term Congressman of Tarlac and elected as Senator on 2007 elections.

He is the first Single President.  His girlfriend is Shalani Soledad, a Konsehal from Valenzuela.

Modern Day Goldilocks in New Zealand

39-year-old Vanessa Joy Long pleaded guilty and said she blacked out and doesn't remember what happened June 5. That's the time when she entered a house without permission.

A blonde, pony-tailed burglar ate some food, drank some alcohol, tried on clothes and then found the bed just right. The damage was estimated at 1,500 New Zealand dollars ($1,064).

The homeowner in the southern city of Christchurch he called police.

She was released on bail for sentence on Sept. 1.

Madoff's Tell Tale

Ponzi king Bernard Madoff tells his fellow inmates that he secretly transferred $9 billion in swiped funds to three people before he was nabbed.

He named Frank DiPascali -- as a partner in the crime he committed.

Madoff, 72, is serving a life sentence.

Chile Beats Switzerland (World Cup)

Chile won with a score of 1-0 against Switzerland when they faces each other for the World Cup.

Switzerland set a World Cup record in the 69th, going 551 consecutive minutes without conceding a goal. That broke the previous mark of 550 held by Italy at the 1986 and 1990 tournaments.

The win gives Chile six points and first place in Group H. Switzerland, which upset European champion Spain 1-0 in its opening match, has three.

Chile had all the first-half pressure, even before Behrami's sending-off, with four of nine shots on target, while Switzerland had none of its three shots on target.

Corregidor 2010 Adventure!

Last May, me, my friend and her bf, Gary, from UK went to Corregidor.

Its a good place for people who wanted to know and are curious of our history during the Japanese occupation.

I had a great time here.....

2010 Cebu Adventure

After Baguio City, the next day i went to Cebu, the Queen City of the South.

Its been 11 years since the last time that i went to Cebu. The place is a lot better. We stayed at Tabuli Resort in Lapu lapu City. The beach is quite old and not well maintained.

On March 26, the result of the 2009 Bar Exam came out at around 10:30 pm. My gosh, its a kind of feeling that you don't want to know. Lucky me, my roomate, Joyce Maingat didnt know that i took the bar. So, no added pressure.

At around 10:35 pm, my sister called me and i never heard the call and then she texted me "You passed the bar." I shouted with joy. Thank God i made it.

100 Islands Side Trip

I went to Mabini, Pangasinan for work related adventure. Its the first time that i went to that place. From Alaminos, Pangasinan i took a jeepney going to Mabini, Pangasinan. Its just a small municipality.

While i was there i learned that the place is near the hundred islands. So i decided to stay at a place near the 100 islands.

Its a nice inn and its clean facing the sea. I love being there.

My Baguio Adventure (All by myself)

Last March I went to Baguio because of some problems in my employers property. I made sure during that trip that will tour around the City.

I stayed at Inn Roccio as advised by my friend. It's a nice place. It's like a retreat house where you could have a good rest especially its overlooking the Burnharm Park.

I had a beautiful room. Actually, its not the room that i paid for because somethings wrong with the key. Broken key. Lucky me i had a beautiful room.

My first and last day as an Associate

A friend of mine connected with the government but with authority to practice law invited me to their law office where he is having his part time job.

I went to the law firm with an office in Greenhills in high spirit because i was assured that i will get the job. While i was there I had a little chat with the Senior Partner. He is a good old man and very nice with a young lawyer like me. He is a well known lawyer here in the Philippines specializing in Criminal Law and no other cases will be accepted except that case.

When he told me that they don't accept cases other than Criminal Law, I told myself that that day would me my last day. I have no plans of dealing with criminals and the cases they handled are famous cases.

We even went to the Pasay RTC to file our motion and appearances for a very famous case.

When i went home i texted my friend that i will no longer go there anymore and that's my last day.

What a day!

So now, i'm still trying to find law firm who will handle cases other than Criminal Cases. Hope to find one soon.
