Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III is the 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines.He was born on February 8, 1960 and the only son of Senator Ninoy Aquino and President Cory Aquino.
He was a 3 term Congressman of Tarlac and elected as Senator on 2007 elections.
He is the first Single President. His girlfriend is Shalani Soledad, a Konsehal from Valenzuela.
